Charlie Parr

Charlie Parr's Folk Alley Session is currently being featured as one of the favorite sessions on NPR Music!  Charlie's Red House debut, Stumpjumper is getting a well-deserved national spotlight on Charlie and the song "Over the Red Cedar" has been one of the highlights from the record.

The Cactus Blossoms

We'd like to welcome The Cactus Blossoms to the Red House family! The Twin Cities duo known for their tight harmonies and cool blend of country & western swing has become a favorite in the Twin Cites.  We couldn't me more thrilled to work with these guys and are excited to introduce them to the world!

Larry Campbell & Teresa Williams

In a world where country music is more of a melding of clean cut rock singing about trucks, beer and cut-off jeans, it's nice to see albums like Larry Campbell & Teresa Williams' self-titled debut be recognized for it's high standard of musicianship and song writing.

Rolling Stone recently published their "30 Great Country Albums of 2015" and put Larry & Teresa at #13!  While not necessarily a "country" album, these two world-class performers draw heavy influence from roots/Americana music that overlaps with what country music should represent.

We've gone totally insane!  Starting today through Labor Day (September 7th) you'll have a chance to win THE Fender American Standard Telecaster that Dale Watson played on the Jimmy Kimmel Live! showing during SXSW 2015.

Dale Watson

The accolades keep coming for the silver-pompadoured honky-tonker.  Dale Watson's song "The Burden of the Cross" was just named one of the Best Songs of June 2015 by Esquire Magazine!  The song from Call Me Insane is a powerful ode to the white wooden crosses that dot roads honoring loved ones who have lost their lives along the highways and roads.  "Burden of the Cross" focuses on one that was removed for construction crews to widen the road.
